The temperatures are rising, the sun is shining and summer is approaching. You want to get your body in shape but often you don’t feel like going to the gym or you just don’t have enough time. For this reason I prepared a home workout for you with my most favorite ab exercises. Depending on how fit you are you can make more repetitions or use additional weights (e.g. when you do the Russian Twists).
I like to do this workout after I was running or when want to add a quick workout to my daily routine. Please be careful and do the exercises correctly – do less repetitions but correctly instead of doing many and these sloppy.
